Classes 

Discover the key elements of Mindfulness meditation and the tools to establish your own sustainable practice. Learn simple, mind and heart exercises to build resilience and weather everyday challenges, lessen anxiety, and develop a better relationship with yourself and others.

 

Our Classes meet weekly and run approximately 90 min each. In-person or by Zoom.

Workshops

Immerse yourself in the practices of mindfulness, choosing from three different half-day programs. Learn as you practice in a safe space with a program designed to provide scientifically-proven takeaways. 

 

Our Workshops run approximately 3:30 hours each.
