Open Mindfulness

Practicing in a group is an excellent support for your daily personal practice, and Open Mindfulness is a wonderful way to meditate in community, restoring a sense of balance and well-being amidst the chaos of our daily lives.

First Saturday of every month, 9:00-9:45 am EST (Miami Time)

Third Tuesday of every month, 7:00-7:45 pm EST (Miami Time)

Each biweekly session will be held via Zoom and led by Gabriela Contreras or Eli Bravo, both certified teachers and founders of Mindfulnest.
​​​​​​​​
Open Mindfulness will help you deepen and experience the practice and principles of mindfulness. It is also an excellent complement to all the training programs we offer at Mindfulnest. We invite you to join us each month, especially while participating in our other classes.​
​
We will meet every two weeks for 45 minutes, structured as follows:

Twenty minutes of guided meditation

Fifteen minutes of a talk on an aspect of the practice

Ten minutes for Q&A or small group sharing
​
This event is free, but registration is required. Everyone is welcome, from beginners to experienced practitioners.
