Class 4 - May 11 Growing Strengths for Feeling Safer. Class 5 - May 18 Growing Strengths for Feeling More Satisfied. Class 6 - May 25 Growing Strengths for Feeling More Connected. Led by Gaby Contreras ABOUT THE PROGRAM: Our thoughts change the structure of our brains. Everything we do creates connections within the network of our brain, and the more you repeat something, the stronger that connection gets. These connections control our reactions, emotions, and behaviors and affect our well-being. PNT helps us turn everyday experiences into lasting inner strengths, reinforcing positive connections for sustained happiness, resilience, and peace. Developed by Dr. Rick Hanson, Ph.D., this Training Includes: • 18 Hours of Teachings divided into six 3hr.
